What you’ll be doing…

  • Manual game testing
  • Will be in charge of a project and oversee the QA tasks required for said projects
  • Represent QA in the various meetings for said projects
  • Focusing on scripting as well as setting up testcases
  • Interact with developers both inside and outside the studio to help guide them to smart solutions to common problems
  • Provide feedback on design choices and around end user experience
  • Write clear & detailed QA reports that developers can use to reproduce, validate and fix bugs found
  • Use Jira to log and track issues
  • Work in a dynamic team and be flexible to work with various departments

Your profile

  • You’re the kind of person who likes to take things apart just to figure out how they work
  • You like to troubleshoot technical problems and try to get to the root of why weird error messages that come up when you click a game character really fast on a Japanese Android phone running the stock browser
  • You’re motivated, organized, enjoy working with and within a team
  • Forward thinking, you’re always coming up with ideas on how to make a product better
  • You’re analytical, a stickler for details and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in the QA Field
  • Experience in testing Games/Software
  • Some experience in Python
  • Basic Technical troubleshooting skills

Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the product strategy and execution of Live Operations for our existing flagship titles and develop business cases for new games.

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage the product roadmap for existing games and initiate business cases for new titles
  • Prioritize (new) feature development based on clear KPI targets, while weighting expected results against required investments
  • Monitor key KPIs on a continuous basis, determining funnels analysis, user segmentation and behavioral trends
  • Provide clear recommendations from market research, industry best practices and game data to substantiate your proposed actions and priorities
  • Be responsible for forecasting, measuring performance against targets and reporting to stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Propose A/B tests, ensure their correct implementation and present key findings

  • You have a proven track-record in revenue optimization and balancing a game-economy with F2P and/or ad-based mobile games

Lead Back-End Engineer

We are currently looking for a Lead Back-End Engineer to head our Back-End engineers, as well as our Quality Assurance & IT-Support team.

Your key responsibilities:

Back-End

  • Lead the back-end team, with specific focus on:
  • Ensuring solid coding practices, technical briefs, code reviews and guarantee long term maintainability, scalability and quality
  • Securing that the business-critical platforms will be available to high SLA standards + 24/7 emergency back-up is in place
  • Developing, updating and maintaining plans for ongoing integration, upkeep and improvement of our architecture/systems/engines supporting our high traffic platforms

Quality Assurance & IT-support

  • Supervisor to the QA manager, who is responsible for leading the QA & IT support team
  • Secure the development of a QA automation roadmap (e.g. new tools and frameworks)

General

Experience
